01 · Identify
We look for slope, not intercept
A short application, a practical assessment, and a working interview. We measure how quickly you close the gap between "never done this" and "shipped it" — that slope predicts everything else.
02 · Train
Twelve weeks on live work
No sandbox projects. From week one you work inside real client accounts with a senior lead reviewing everything you ship — briefs, campaigns, code, models. Feedback is daily and direct.
03 · Deploy
Embedded in a growth team
Graduates join a Heiter group team — in India, the US, Canada, the UAE or the UK — owning real deliverables for real clients, with a named growth path from day one.

Apply
The form below. Your statement matters more than your education field — tell us what you've built or figured out on your own.

Assessment
A take-home task from your track, scoped to one evening. We grade the thinking, not just the output.
03
Working interview
Ninety minutes solving a real (anonymised) client problem with the lead who'd train you. Both sides are interviewing.
04
Offer
A decision within one week of the interview, with written feedback either way. Cohorts start every quarter.
Where it leads
A named path, not a vague promise.
Every ETIP graduate gets the same map: what you own at each level, what it pays, and what has to be true to move up. Progression reviews run every six months and the criteria are written down.
Weeks 1–16
ETIP Trainee
Stipended. Live client work under daily senior review.
Months 4–12
Associate
Full-time salaried. You own deliverables on two client accounts.
Year 2
Specialist
The go-to for your craft on a portfolio of accounts, with a KPI you answer for.
Year 3+
Lead
Running a pod, training the next cohort — anywhere in our six markets.

Before you apply.
Yes — a monthly stipend through the sixteen training weeks, and a full salary from the day you're deployed. We never charge candidates anything, at any stage. If someone claiming to represent us asks for a fee, it's a scam.
