You'll turn raw footage and briefs into scroll-stopping short-form video across client accounts — with the pacing, hooks and motion that make reels perform.
What you'll own
- Edit 30+ short-form reels per month across client accounts.
- Turn raw footage and briefs into scroll-stopping cuts.
- Add motion, captions and sound design to platform spec.
- Manage your pipeline to hit weekly delivery.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years editing short-form social video, with a reel to show.
- Strong Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- An instinct for pacing, hooks and trends.
Nice to have
- Motion-graphics / template building.
- Basic colour and audio finishing.
