About the role
You'll own the SEO roadmap across a portfolio of client accounts — technical foundations through to content and internal linking — and tie the work to organic pipeline, not vanity rankings.
What you'll own
- Own the SEO roadmap for ~10 client accounts, technical through content.
- Run audits, fix crawl / index / Core-Web-Vitals issues and brief developers.
- Plan content and internal-linking strategy tied to ranking and traffic goals.
- Report organic pipeline impact monthly.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in SEO across both technical and content.
- Hands-on with GSC, GA4 and a crawler (Screaming Frog / Sitebulb).
- Ability to translate audits into prioritised, developer-ready tickets.
Nice to have
- Experience with GEO / AI-search optimisation.
- Multi-market or multilingual SEO.
