Challenge

A first-time candidate fighting a three-term incumbent in a 220k-voter constituency, with low brand recall and no legacy ground organisation. The campaign had months, not years, to build name recognition, a message that stuck, and a machine that could deliver it booth by booth.

Approach

We ran the full Election Command Center playbook: narrative architecture and a message house, a hyperlocal content engine, WhatsApp broadcasts to 60k voters, IVR outreach, an offline-first booth-level worker app, and a real-time command center for day-of-poll decisions.

Outcome

On counting day, the campaign recorded a 17-point vote share swing against a three-term incumbent — and won. WhatsApp broadcasts reached 60k voters with segment-specific messaging, and the worker app kept 97% of booths covered and reporting in real time. On poll day itself, the command center's live dashboards let the campaign redirect workers and turnout effort hour by hour, where it mattered.
